Our Workforce
Focus Power Engineering span of control or total workforce is currently sitting at 35 permanent staff members which consist of management, administration staff and site staff. As mentioned in our founding statement, we support the Expanded Public Works Programme initiatives, it is our pledge to the Clients that 90% of unskilled labour will be sourced from the community we work in. It is our vision to be the employer and service provider of choice come the year 2030 to achieve this, it is our pledge to our employees that:
